Delivery Information

Flat shipping £2.95 Standard delivery with Jewellery and Gifts is within 3-5 working days all items are sent using Royal Mail Special delivery before 1pm.

Large items i.e. clocks, are charged at £10.00 and subject to longer delivery. Please call us before placing your order. 

Your order can be delivered to most addresses in the UK by our Standard delivery. Unfortunately we do not deliver to Eire or BFPO addresses.

All standard delivery items will need to be signed for by a person at the card holders address. Standard delivery costs £2.95 for all orders.

Please note: delivery lead times are extended over public holidays. Over public holidays, please add an additional 1 – 2 working days to the delivery date.

Engraved items If you choose to have your order engraved, it can take an extra 4 - 5 working days to be dispatched. Make sure you enclose a phone number in case of engraving queries.

In most cases it won't take this long, but please do add an extra 1 - 2 working days to the expected delivery lead times to avoid disappointment.
