Jewellery Repair
- If you need your Jewellery repaired, resized or remodelled, we will be able to assess the extent of the changes needed to be made, and provide an estimate with no obligation.
- We have our own workshop located in Aldridge, Walsall - and all the work is done locally, with all cleaning and polishing done in house
Custom Jewellery
- If you are looking to commission custom made Jewellery, or to remodel an existing piece, we will work with you to bring your desired changes to life.
- We don't charge for our time, so you won't have to pay for a consultation. We'll work alongside you to achieve a workable idea, before an estimate is given.
Watch Repairs
- If your watch requires a service, new glass or it is experiencing any other kind of issue, bring it in to us and we will be able to provide an estimate with no obligation on how we can repair your timepiece.
- If we can't take care of your problem in store, your watch will be taken to our workshop, where we'll update you on the status of the repair and when it will be ready for you to collect.
Watch Battery & Strap Replacement
- If your watch battery needs to be replaced, we'll be able to change it while you wait in store, or hold onto it until you are able to collect it, if preferred.
- If your watch strap or bracelet needs refitting, replacing, or needs links removed or added to fit, we are able to perform all strap and bracelet changes and adjustments in store while you wait, or have it ready for collection if you prefer.
Engraving
- If you have an item you would like to be engraved, we will be able to provide an estimate at no obligation to you, as well as helping you to select a typeface and layout if required.
- Our engravings are done out of store by our in-house engraver in Aldridge, and we will keep you updated on the status of your engraving and when it will be ready for you to collect.
Ear Piercing
- We offer an in-house ear piercing service, using the inverness ear piercing system. Included in the service with your pair of studs is a free bottle of after care solution. More information can be found on our Ear Piercing web-page.
